This project consisted of the restoration and expansion of an industrial unit to turn it into offices and multipurpose rooms. Now it is a professional service company specialized in health and social science.

Low floor and
first floor

In this place, we can find rest areas for workers, as well as places to carry out meetings.

The structure is made with IPE structural steel and natural birch plywood is used in the facade. The outdoor carpentry is made of aluminum, and acoustic absorber materials like Celenit are placed on walls and ceilings.
